His primary responsibilities include project management, estimating, scheduling, and budget administration. Bryan founded McKernan Construction in 2008 fulfilling not only his current duties but also as our primary installer. He was able to establish strong relationships with many of the firms that we continue to business with today at a time when the construction industry was experiencing one of its worst downturns in recent economic history. With a concentration in public works, he grew the company to a point where it expanded into multiple counties throughout Southern California and we incorporated in 2011. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Bryan brings a level of expertise and dedication to our team that is unmatched.

Bryan is a graduate of California State University San Bernardino with dual majors in Finance and Financial Planning and a minor in Real Estate. 

Kathy is the driving force behind the infrastructure of our company. She specializes in State and Federal labor compliance, certified payroll, union compliance and reporting, and all aspects of financial reporting. Kathy has an attention to detail that is unrivaled and she is able to transition between the many roles she plays at McKernan Inc. seemingly effortlessly. She is an essential member of our team and her commitment to her position shows in the high level of performance she exhibits on a daily basis.

Celina began at McKernan Inc. in 2015. Her primary function is to manage procurement timelines and assist in labor allocation and tracking. She has experience in certified labor compliance and serves as a consultant to Bryan with regard to long-term strategic planning. Celina is a graduate of the University of Redlands with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration.
